time for a new resume! infographics hmmm…
It’s that time of career again.. I think I’ll ditch the traditional format and go infographic this time, and what a timely Cool Infographics post! I’m keen on cartographic visuals, like this not-quite-but-somewhere-along-the-lines resume by Jordan Carroll:

Nice idea! Personally I would not include a map like this since I think it makes you look “unsteady”, flitting around one country like that. It’d be a different story if you were working for an international aid organization like UNHCR, USAID or the Red Cross in which case the places you’ve worked in would be like badges on you CV. I don’t think that works in this case, though.

Hi, thanks for the comment. I agree :-) and did not think of that stability factor for certain occupations. Thankfully for my field (foreign aid!) it works! :-)
